This was the dramatic scene yesterday at 6 o'clock in Banyoles. One family there had a problem with their car and they had an accident because there were some works in the street.
Immediately the father of the family called the police and then the rescue services.
After 30 minutes the police and rescue services arrived.
The family became calmer.
Finally the rescue services rescued the family and the police extracted the car.
Later, one neighbour said: " It was the most terrible experience of this street".
